The 99 year lease
All of the homes in CMC-01 Village are sold on a 99-year lease. The lease is 99 years in perpetuity, meaning each time the property changes hands the lease rests to zero and run for another 99 years.

MATCAM Renewable Energy Solution has 5 hectares for the construction of a 10-megawatt renewable solar energy plant to provide power to the village's 200-hectare residential area (Districts).

CMC HYDROGEN POWER PLANT - 5 hectares to supply the CMC-01 village 109 Hectares commercial Hub (Districts) with hydrogen-based power source and to assist Eskom in powering the neighboring villages.

CMC-01 Village will be load shedding free environment and surplus energy will be put into the national grid to assist ESKOM in reducing the load.

CMC Birth rights
All children born to deeds holders of CMC-01 Village at CMC- Momentum lifestyle clinic and attend CMC-01 Schools system at CMC-01 Village from crèche, Primary to high school, the children specifically and only on their 18th birthdays will receive dividends from a 2% share of CMC-01 Village (Business & commercial hub only) as a one-time windfall payment.  This payment is only made if all the above conditions are satisfied wholly, and their parents are still deed-holders in the Village.

The property is yours (Buyer) to sell when you so choose. The sales will be managed by Mbashi Property Services & Auctioneers (Pty) Ltd.
